Refund Eligibility

To be eligible for a refund:

  • The item must be in original condition, unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging with all tags attached.

  • Refunds are only applicable in cases where:

    • The item received is damaged, defective, or incorrect.

    • A return is approved and the product is received back at our facility in acceptable condition.

How to Request a Refund

  3. Once approved, return the item to our address (shipping charges for the return are the responsibility of the customer).

Refund Process

  • After we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the refund status.

  • If approved, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days through your original payment method or as store credit.

Note: Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.
